Units Overview

UNIT 1 – ATTRACTION GREEN FLAGS

The Attraction Green Flags unit equips students to navigate relationships with discernment and self-awareness. They’ll trace how dating has changed over time, discover how spiritual and emotional health shape attraction, learn what it means to find a true soulmate, and gain tools to minimize heartbreak by recognizing potential warning signs early. Each lesson includes introspective, thought-provoking exercises that create self-awareness and encourage personal growth.

UNIT 2 – SPIRITUAL GREEN FLAGS

In Spiritual Green Flags, students learn how a thriving relationship with God forms the foundation for healthy relationships with others. Through five lessons, they discover how salvation empowers them to love and forgive, how to nurture their walk with God, the importance of a surrendered life, what it truly means to love like God, and how to stand firm against spiritual opposition. Each lesson includes introspective, thought-provoking exercises that deepen faith and personal growth.

UNIT 3 – IDENTITY GREEN FLAGS

The Identity Green Flags unit helps students build a strong sense of who they are in Christ. They’ll explore how to find security in their identity, overcome generational patterns, uncover and develop their God-given gifts, grow in self-understanding, and write a personal identity statement. Each lesson includes introspective, thought-provoking exercises that encourage reflection and personal growth.

UNIT 4 – EMOTIONAL GREEN FLAGS

In Emotional Green Flags, students learn how emotional maturity strengthens both personal well-being and relationships. Through five lessons, they discover the value of flexibility, the practice of contentment, how to identify and process emotions in healthy ways, what it means to be emotionally available, and how humility fosters connection and growth. Each lesson includes introspective, thought-provoking exercises that promote emotional awareness and healing.

UNIT 5 – RELATIONSHIP GREEN FLAGS

In Relationship Green Flags, students learn how to build and maintain healthy, God-centered relationships. Through five lessons, they discover how to cultivate close and supportive connections, practice healthy boundaries, grow in communication and conflict resolution skills, and develop realistic expectations of others. Each lesson includes introspective, thought-provoking activities designed to strengthen relational awareness and competence.

UNIT 6 – HABITS GREEN FLAGS

The Habits Green Flags unit helps students develop practical habits that support a balanced, thriving life. They’ll explore how to manage time wisely, care for their body and mind, maintain their environment, and make smart financial choices. Each lesson features reflective exercises designed to foster self-discipline and personal growth.
